• Bonus balance is displayed separately from your cash balance.

Either the user or AN32 may close an account at any time. If you wish to close your account, contact the support team or activate self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming section.

• AN32 may close an account without notice for breach of these terms.
• Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed.
• Account balances will not be refunded if an account is closed due to fraud.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.
• Inactive accounts (over 12 months) may be subject to a maintenance fee.
